Application
You submit a formal application for a current job opening, giving us a sense of your communication style. We assess based on criteria that vary depending on the opening and the needs of the team, and pay close attention to your answers — so share as much relevant information as possible!
Interview
One of the first steps in the application process is a Gmeet or Zoom interview. While some roles start with a written interview on Gmeet, others require Zoom interviews, so we can get to know you better live.
Final Interview

Service Manager Mechanical Field Technician
We are looking for a Service Manager – Mechanical Field Technician!
GME Recycling – Gianni Mori Engineering srl is looking for a Service Manager – Mechanical Field Technician with experience in industrial plants to join our team.
What you’ll do
- Manage and supervise installation, maintenance, and technical support activities for our plants, both in Italy and abroad.
- Coordinate technical teams and support clients to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on constructions delivered by our suppliers, ensuring compliance with our standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely, ensuring the reliability of our systems.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in the industrial plant sector (mandatory).
- Advanced mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawings.
- Availability for frequent travel, both in Italy and abroad.
- Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of English (mandatory).
